My home selling partnership as well as traditional full service options include full representation at all times.

For sellers, my options share the common objective of saving you money by reducing the overall expense of marketing your home. Savings are maximized for sellers who are comfortable managing part of the selling process themselves yet still believe the MLS is essential to maximizing the exposure of their home by inviting agents to bring Offers in return for a buyer’s brokerage fee. This option may not resonate with everyone, but it is available to those it does. Those not inclined to be involved in the process can choose my traditional full service MLS with savings.
For buyers, my options reward you for participating in the selection process. If you are willing to use the internet to narrow your home choices before arranging for a physical viewing and if you are willing to tour public open houses on your own you can save me a lot of time. The more time you save me, the higher the cash reward you receive from me. It’s that simple.
